It's finally summer, and outdoor eating is what it's all about! Hosting a party or headed to a potluck? Below are 5 quick recipes to make your menu. These aren't just simple and tasty, they're also healthy!  So no need to feel guilty if you've been hitting the ice cream a little too hard... Hey, it's hot out... It happens!

For Starters:

Greek Cucumber Yogurt Dip

Trade out basic ranch dressing for this delish, healthy dip. Serve with raw veggies, and even the kids will be diving in!

A Sidekick:

Garbanzo Bean Salad

This salad packs a serious flavor punch! No one will miss potato salad with this dish around.

Think fish is hard to prepare? Think again! Cooking in foil means the fish stays moist, flavorful, and cleanup is a breeze. It's a great go-to when burgers get boring.
