Preparar las manzanas

¡Simplemente enjuague y disfrute de sus manzanas! La piel es buena comer y tiene mucha fibra.

Eligir las manzanas

​Elija manzanas con la piel lisa y brillante. Quiere que sea firme, sin magulladuras.

Almacenar las manzanas 

¡Mantenga las manzanas sin lavar en el refrigerador. Pueden durar hasta 3 a 4 semanas!

¿Qué hay de bueno en las manzanas?

Las manzanas contienen fibra, que ayuda a prevenir el estreñimiento y mantener su sistema digestivo saludable.  ¡Fibra se encuentra principalmente en la piel de la manzana- la razón por qué es tan importante comerla!

Las manzanas duran mucho tiempo.  Esto significa que son una fruta buena para los presupuestos reducidos.  Usted puede comprar una gran cantidad de manzanas en tu mercado o supermercado y mantenerlos en el refrigerador durante semanas.
