Chimichurri Sauce

This zesty and easy chimichurri sauce is filled with flavor! It is a spicy, healthy topping for vegetables, chicken, or fish. 

Makes: 12 servings

Ingredients

1 cup parsley
¼ cup cilantro
2 garlic cloves
½ cup olive oil
½ tsp salt
⅓ cup wine vinegar
1 jalapeño (or ½ tsp red pepper flakes)
2 Tbs lemon juice

Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until well combined.                                             
​OR
  1. Combine olive oil, salt, vinegar, and lemon juice in a medium bowl.
  2. Finely chop the parsley, cilantro, garlic, and jalapeño (if using). Add to the olive oil mixture and stir to combine.
