Cucumber Dill Salad

Salads don't have to be all lettuce! Make fruit or vegetables the base your salads for a refreshing change. 
​Yield:  2 servings

Ingredients
1 large cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
2 Tbs plain yogurt, non-fat 
1 Tbs lime juice

1 Tbs vegetable oil
1 dash pepper

Option:dried or 1 
fresh dill
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients in a medium sized bowl.
  2. Chill until serving.
